Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Java-based applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills, good problem-solving ability, and experience working in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services
Work with databases to design and optimize queries
Participate in code reviews and ensure best coding practices
Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product teams
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
Contribute to application architecture and performance improvements
Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Core Java, OOPs concepts
Experience with Spring / Spring Boot
Hands-on experience in REST API development
Good knowledge of JPA / Hibernate
Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
Familiarity with Git / Bitbucket / GitHub
Understanding of exception handling, multithreading, collections
Experience in unit testing (JUnit, Mockito)
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (added advantage)
Good to Have Skills
Experience with Microservices architecture
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (basic)
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ
Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Understanding of security concepts (JWT, OAuth)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering
